CORRECTiOnS Our July issue was riddled with pesky errors. (Could it be because our proof-reading team was busy prepping for frozen t-shirt night at Hooters?) Color us embarrassed. Our apologies to all parties concerned. —Ed. We neglected to credit the estimable Rob Brown (see right) for the amazing photos from our Broker's Bowler Cup competition. Also in the Broker's story, we misquoted tricia Carr, Director of Mixology for Southern Wine & Spirits in Southern California. While Tricia tells us that she's got great admiration for barman Damian Windsor and is grateful for his eternal kindness, she's never had the honor of working with him behind the stick. Selected Contributors Rob Brown is a landscape and location photographer who specializes in capturing dramatic images of people and places. He has been very fortunate throughout his 30 years as a professional photographer to be able to photograph the subjects and moments that he is most passionate about. His passions for golf, travel and wine led him to create WinescapesPhotography.com. To view additional photography, visit www.RobBrownPhotography.com. Jay Schroeder is a Chicago-based mixologist and freelance photographer. He specializes in food and beverage photography and editorial portraiture. He bartends and runs the beverage program at Chicago's Red Door Kitchen and Bar. More of his photo work can be found at www. jayschroederphotography.com. Kirk Weddle photographs enticing images for advertising, editorial and corporate clients all over the world from his base in Austin, Texas. "The best part of my job is the people I meet and the places I go," he says. In the Jizaki Saké story, historic Hollywood restaurant Yamashiro was misspelled. In Marketplace, Skinnygirl White Cherry Vodka was incorrectly listed as a rum. In the Blue Reviews, the parent company for little Black Dress Divalicious Red was incorrectly listed. Little Black Dress is part of the Fetzer Vineyards portfolio. In the Ribera del Duero story, the final wine in the list should have read Bodegas arrocal 2011 arrocal. august 2013  /  the tasting panel  /  9 TP0813_001-33.indd 9 7/24/13 9:46 PM
