Top with Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and toss. Garnish with by stabbing lime wheels onto bamboo knot pick. Sprinkle wheels with juniper berries, thyme sprigs, and lime twists. Top off with more crushed ice. Garnish with 4 drops of the Bitter End Thai Bitters and a few smacked up Thai basil sprigs. El Dorado 12 Year Demerara Rum ◗ ¾ oz. toasted pistachio infused coconut cream ◗ ½ oz. fresh lemon juice ◗ 2 dashes of Miracle Mile's Toasted Pecan Bitters ◗ Dry shake ingredients, then shake vigorously with cubes.
