BITS & PIECES MUSIC VIDEO: THE GEORGIA THUNDERBOLTS - IT'S ALRIGHT ROME, GA — The Georgia Thunderbolts recently released the music video for It's Alright, the fourth single from their forthcoming debut album, "Can We Get A Witness". The album from Mascot Records/Mascot Label Group is due out October 15th. Jim Arbogast directed the video for It's Alright, which features the band per- forming outdoors in front of a bonfire, barbequing and boating on a nearby lake. "There were actually two locations," Arbogast explains of the shoot. "One was at [singer TJ Lyle's] house, which was awesome! Such a great property, and so much help being there. We were able to set the big bonfire up with wood and whatever else we could find on the property, and ended up shooting from 7:00pm until about midnight. TJ was driving the tractor, getting wood from all over their property." The second location was a friend of guitarist Riley Couzzourt — a lake house, complete with two pontoon boats for use during the shoot. "There were lots of challenges, as always," says Arbogast. "The weather being one of the main challenges, as always with an outdoor shoot, but at the lake house, it cleared up beautifully right when we got there. Blue skies and white puffy clouds — it was incredible." A Sony FX 6 with Xeen cinema lenses served as the main camera for the shoot. "One of my favorite lenses is the 85mm T1.5," says Arbogast. "Also used was a Sigma 35mm 1.4 lens and 50mm 1.2 Sony lens. I love the old-school Lowell DP 1000W tungstens — they have such a great look. I used those for both locations." A Phantom Four Pro V2 drone was used for the aerial shots. Arbogast cut the video in Final Cut Pro X and colored it using Cinema Grade. "I have a 27-inch iMac with 96GBs of RAM, and a 30-inch LG monitor for editing the timeline." The band's roadie, Haiden Brown, assisted with the location shoots.
