PC users benefit from GPU acceleration for fast render speeds and full interactivity at HD Smith Micro updates Poser 3D character app A LISO VIEJO, CA— Smith Micro (www.smithmicro.com) has updated its Poser 8 3D character app. The new SR3 release includes performance improvements based on Poser Pro 2010 development and integrated user feedback. Rendering performance has been improved in several areas, including strand-based hair, 3D motion blur, raytraced refraction and texture caching. The Flash version of the new Poser Pro 2010 Library is included with Poser 8 SR3. The update provides multiple column list views, improved search, improved drag and drop with auto-conforming, and user customizable view settings.
