ARTICLE VII: AMENDMENTS Section 1 - Constitutional Amendments The Constitution of the Association may be amended by an affirmative vote of twothirds (2/3) of the valid ballots cast, provided that the text of the amendment and references showing wherein it differs from the provisions in effect shall have been published to the membership at least 120 days previously. Section 2 - Bylaws Amendments The Bylaws of the Association may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) vote in the Delegate Assembly, provided that the text of the amendment and references showing wherein it differs from the provisions in effect shall have been published as provided in the Bylaws.
