6 I M PS E . O R G LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT Thank you for reading our MPSE Wavelength quarterly magazine. Our premiere edition was very well received, so now the pressure is on to keep the quality content coming. Our Board had really stepped up to the plate and I believe we have done it again. I hope all of you are staying healthy during this pandemic, our prayers are with you and your families during this time, especially for those families directly affected. I look forward to all of us getting back to work at some point and I will be thrilled when I pass the offices of both editors and management and see our magazine on desks and lobby coffee tables. The Motion Picture Sound Editors have been really busy getting events going as well. We have had several successful "Sound Advice" events since our last Wavelength was published. They are easier than ever to attend since they are currently all virtual. If you have not had a chance to attend these, please check out our YouTube channel where we have started to post them after the fact. Check your email to register to see them live and interact with the filmmakers.
