James Mims ESP Award Recognizing a person whose activities reflect the contributions of education support professionals to public education. Noelle Clark, Melissa Harris, and Erin Jackson-Ries Community garden/greenhouse - Evansville Elementary Green Apple Award Recognizing a person who contributes to environmental awareness. Harriett "Liz" Byrd Award Recognizing an individual or group for outstanding contributions in the areas of human relations, mul ticulturalism and/or diversity in the field of education. This award honors an educator, friend of education, or group who has worked to promote collaboration and harmony among diverse groups. Danelle Moyte Kim Amen National Foundation for the Improvement of Education Award for Teaching Excellence Recognizing an educator who exemplifies excellence in teaching as well as support for the profession through association activism. Jon VanOverbeke Gold Key Award The Gold Key is the most prestigious award conveyed by the Wyoming Education Association. It is presented for extraordinary service, which has contributed to the professional development of WEA and to the enhancement and advancement of education in the state of Wyoming.
