Avid provided the facilities while, at the same time, showing off their new hardware, the S1 and S4 Control Surfaces. The S4 is for all intents and purposes, a scaled-down version of the S6, which will be offered at a lower cost. The S4 limits the user to only 24 faders, and there are only four knobs per channel.
