It feels really wonderful to be part of it," said Eagan. Cole emphasized a culture of camaraderie and genuine pride in each other's work. "I'm so proud of each of these women here. I've known Ruth a long time. We started back a long time ago and we've seen this business really change, so to see her win her Oscar was a proud moment for me. I started to tear up." Gersha Phillips, Ruth E. Carter, Michelle Cole, and Jenny Eagan graduate students from the nation's top university design programs. Exhibits range from Costume Design to scenic, sound, lighting, and production design. Studio executives, film and television producers, theater artistic directors, and professional designers attend DSW to meet the industry's fresh rising stars.
