Tia Reed Deb French Dirk Andrews Kathleen Milligan-Hitt Tia Reed Local: Natrona County EA Local: Campbell County EA Local: Lander EA Local: Albany County EA Position: Central Region President Position: Northeast Region Representative I have been an active member of NCEA, WEA, and NEA since I became a teacher. I am currently serving as President of the Central Region and would love the opportunity to continue to serve you! Thank you so much for your consideration! Deb French is a K-12 Vocal Music teacher in Wright. She is finishing up her 27th year of teaching in Campbell Co. Deb has been an active member of the CCEA and served on various state and local boards. Deb has enjoyed being a part of the WEA Board the past two years and would like your vote to continue serving on this board as your Region Rep. Position: Northwest Region Representative Position: Southeast Region Representative As a lifetime educator and member of WEA, I take great pride in my service on the Board for the last two years. I would be pleased to continue the work and to represent the Northwest Region. It has been my pleasure to serve as the SE Region Representative to the WEA Board of Directors. It has been a wonderful learning experience and I would like to continue to serve as the SE Region Representative. I am currently a Special Ed/Title 1 teacher. My experience includes: local president, local secretary, ACEA delegate, and committee member of the WEA Government Relations Commission. Educational Experience: Instrumental Music Teacher in Gering, NE 1987-1990, Sterling CO 1990-2008, Powell, WY 2008-present. Educational Degrees: Bachelor of Music in Education from Hastings College. I was born in Worland and raised in Powell where I graduated from high school. I am married, and Sheila and I have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. I love being back in Wyoming and have enjoyed my involvement in WEA and PEA. Ty has also served as a delegate to NEA Representative Assembly. Having taught for 15 years, Ty earned his Bachelor���s degree from the University of Wyoming and a Master���s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Phoenix. Ty is currently enrolled in the Educational Leadership program through the University of Wyoming.
