147 Q4 2018 / CINEMONTAGE EDITORIAL MALFUNCTIONS ANNOUNCEMENT There were a couple of errors in the Q3 2018 issue of CineMontage. In the column "This Quarter in Film History" on page 16, the quoted description of the film The Spook Who Sat by the Door as an "underground black classic" should have been attributed to its source, poet Amde Hamilton, one of the Los Angeles trio known as the Watts Prophets. Also, in the "In Memoriam" listing on page 74, the name of lab film technician Robert Hart was unfortunately misspelled. Born January 21, 1944, he passed away October 9, 2016 at the age of 72. He had been an Editors Guild member for 52 years. CineMontage regrets the errors. RSVP Hotline: 323-978-1095 The Motion Picture Editors Guild Hollywood office offers a special RSVP hotline for screenings for our members who do not have access to a computer or have not yet registered an e-mail address with the Guild.
