Thank you! I'm very excited to be joining the team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits as the director of its highly acclaimed Beverage Academy. I will be build- ing on the legacy of my colleague and friend Francesco Lafranconi, who was the original architect of the space. My goal is to add a detail-oriented customer service program by utilizing my knowledge of Michelin-star service standards. In addition to our comprehensive wine, beer, and spirits certification programs, I also hope to introduce the world's first cocktail barista certification. My intention is not only to make the Academy the preeminent beverage education facility in the world, but also to make our certifications fully accredited.
