PEOPLE www.postmagazine.com 40 POST JULY 2018 RAMI D'AGUIAR Editor Rami D'Aguiar has signed on with New York's Nice Shoes, bringing with him credits that include work for brands such as Mitsubishi, Pepsi, Fiat and Heineken, among others. D'Aguiar's work is known to take brands through cinematic scenarios. This is especially true in the editor's repeat work for agency Africa and director Vellas for Mitsubishi, where warriors from throughout the ages attempt to thwart a Mitsubishi L200 Triton; an astronaut mistakes an Outlander for a space shuttle and a post- apocalyptic survivor comfortably ambles through a hellish landscape in his car to find the best burger in town. JOJO KING Creative editorial company Nomad, which has offices in Manhattan, Los Angeles and London, has added editor Jojo King to its New York team. With an eye and ear for fashion, beauty and the arts, King has contributed to music videos, such as Janelle Monae's new single "Pynk" and Moses Sumney's "Worth It," as well as to films and commercials for Vogue, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas Originals, Marc Jacobs and Victoria's Secret. Along with editing a recent music video for indie star Lykke Li, King also just wrapped jobs with Droga5 and Johannes Leonardo. Nomad EP/partner Jennifer Lederman says King's arrival will help reinforce the company's creative emphasis in New York. RACHEL MATCHETT London's Technicolor has hired Rachel Matchett, who will head the post production group's newly formalized VFX brand, Technicolor Visual Effects. Working side-by-side within the same facilities where post production services are offered, Technicolor Visual Effects is expanding to a global offering with an integrated pipeline. Technicolor's recognized VFX brands include MPC, The Mill, Mr. X and Mikros. Matchett joins Technicolor from MPC Film. Her background at MPC London includes nearly a decade of senior management positions at the multi Academy Award-winning studio (The Jungle Book, Life of Pi) and most recently serving as MPC London's global head of production. CAROL DUNN LA music house Human Worldwide has hired Carol Dunn as its newest executive producer. She joins Human from post house PS260, where she served as executive producer in its West Coast office for two years. In her new role, Dunn will be responsible for developing Human's business from its LA office, growing its model to expand its brand, as well as helping market Human to remain top of mind with current and potential clients. She will also work hand in hand with its sales team, and has an additional role in helping to create the company music as a creative producer. Dunn also previously held leadership roles at the record labels Capitol Records and Interscope Records. ADRIANA LEGAY Stitch London welcomes Adriana Legay to its family of editors. She is known in the beauty world, having regularly worked with major brands that including Dior, YSL, Dolce Gabbana and Givenchy. Legay says she knew from a young age that she wanted to be an editor, and this was confirmed when she was 14 years old and saw Jean Baptiste Mondino working on a Vanessa Paradis music video. Since then, she wanted to be part of that world. Legay's editing style is inspired by her love of dance. Additional commercial credits include ads for Diesel, Orange, Apple, Dolce & Gabbana and Burger King. BARBARA CIMITY Veteran animation production executive Barbara Cimity has joined LA's Six Point Harness as head of production, where she will oversee animation projects being created for a fast-growing list of television and commercial clients, as well as original TV and digital content. JULIEN BIARD Full-service creative studio Carbon has bolstered its Chicago roster by adding Julien Biard as senior colorist. With over a decade of experience in London, Biard joins Carbon after honing his craft in London at MPC and Finish/Freefolk. During his tenure at Freefolk he won a number of awards for best color grading, collaborating with directors such as Guy Ritchie and Crowns & Owls.
